Two White Ladies in the Tower

A massive entrance tower of a late Gothic stronghold stands on a rock above the stream, within a farmyard. During the Swedish wars most nearby châteaux and towers were destroyed, except the one at Tuchoraz. Two White Ladies dwell in its cellars. During those wars they emerged at midnight between Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, slowly circling the village and singing a religious song in a strange voice.
