Local legend places a treasure in the castle guarded by a dog with fiery eyes. It is accessible only on Palm Sunday. A man once found a rock fissure, drove away the dog and took money. At home he found only worthless shards and died by morning. Another version tells of a mother who found treasure and forgot her child, recovering it only after a year.
