According to legend, the Templars built their castle of Freundsberg on Klenov hill in the late thirteenth century. It is mentioned only in 1308. After the order was dissolved, it decayed and soon disappeared. It stood on the summit, and the upper part of the rock is still called Zámčisko. No remains survive today.
