Treasures are said to be buried in the ruins of a Gothic castle built on the site of an earlier prehistoric settlement. Its lord, Habart Lopata of Hrádek, oppressed the surrounding population through robbery and plunder. In 1432 an army of neighbouring nobles besieged his castle. Seeing that he could not resist much longer, Knight Habart had his treasures buried somewhere in the castle, ordered it set alight and fled. The treasures are supposedly still there.
