A White Lady appeared in Vrbice at midnight. She walked through the rooms carrying a little coffin in her arms. As soon as she entered a chamber, everything in it fell to the floor. In the corridors she usually announced herself with a strange noise like carts approaching from a distance. It is also said that mysterious lights illuminated the windows during Advent. The legend concerns Vrbice château, which stood to the left of the road from Leština to Ledeč nad Sázavou. Unfortunately, it was demolished in 1967 because of its poor condition.
