A castle once stood on a steep rock within a meandering bend of the Mastník stream; only scant remains survive. In Řadič and nearby villages people say great treasures lie buried in the ruins, including the famous precious apostle statues. A black-clad old woman's ghost guards them. Experienced miners were even summoned once, but left empty-handed or were buried in the cellars. Many local people also tried. Another version describes an iron door in the ruins closing a passage to Ostromeč castle. It too supposedly contains a great treasure, guarded by a black dog. Good Friday is the only opportunity to recover it.
