The ghosts of the Wild Hunt supposedly appear on the plains and in the forests around Kovářská, especially between Christmas and Epiphany. They are led by the ‘terrible Hainzmichl’, a figure of local German folklore, a counterpart of Hejkal making eerie sounds in the woods.
