To the left of the highest point of the road between Hostomice and Dobříš lie the barely visible remains of the fortified hillfort of Hradec. According to legend, a golden treasure lies hidden there in a deep underground cavern, guarded by a white-haired old man, the spirit of the ancient castle. The gold can be seen only on Good Friday.
