In the forest east above Malý Vřešťov survive the ramparts of Vřešťov Castle. Nearby once stood the original stronghold of Mutina Vřešťovský, mentioned in the Dalimil Chronicle. The two fortresses were supposedly linked by secret passages. The former stronghold site lies at a place still called Na hradě. A treasure is allegedly buried in the cellars, and the ground rumbles beneath our feet when we walk here.
