A dragon once lived on the summit, and for a long time no one could kill it. One day a woman was carrying lunch to her husband, who was working in the forest, and had a sickle with her. The monster rushed at her from a thicket, and the brave woman struck her sickle into its head. The dragon roared and vanished, taking the sickle with it. It supposedly lost so much blood that the wells in Hutě ran with bloody water.
