The ghost of a restless builder, the wealthy local man Šolc, also called Stollstafl, once ran riot in Trutnov Town Hall. He often appeared as a horse with three shod legs. People said that if the fourth hoof were also given a horseshoe, it would be impossible to get rid of him.
