Symbolic Reliefs

In the passage of the house at 156/1 T. G. Masaryk Square, now the district library, an old stone with reliefs is built into the wall. Beneath an ornamental rosette of seven decorated circles walks a stag. To its right is a knight in fourteenth- or fifteenth-century dress, his spear ready for battle, probably St George. Above him is a seated bird pecking at the feathers on its breast.
