Below the imposing local château, where some older sources place a thirteenth-century seat of the Knights Templar, a petrified lady sits with a needle in her hand. According to legend, she was cursed by a maid whom she had tormented to death. She had ordered the maid to embroider a long ribbon, on which the young woman eventually hanged herself.
