Near Nová Ves stands a white chapel with a red tiled roof. Long ago the devil appeared here as a little red man, covered with fiery rust-coloured hair and bearing two yellow horns. He appeared at midnight and cut off the head of anyone he caught. As many people lost their lives, a chapel was built here in the mid-19th century. There was peace afterwards.
