Nečemice · STORY FROM THE ATLAS

Megalithic Rows

At the edge of the forest above the stream from Lhota, part of Nečemice, towards Kluček stand stone rows resembling the better-known Kounov rows, but made of larger stones. The rows are shorter and fewer, numbering five or six. Boulders in the fields beside the road are undoubtedly remains of rows displaced by farmers long ago. Like the nearby Kounov rows, they are made of quartzite and run north–south.
