In the so-called Dwarfs’ Cave, visible from the Ohře, a treasure lies hidden beneath an enormous boulder, guarded by dwarfs and their leader H. Heiling. It opens once a year on the feast of St John the Baptist. Heiling’s mythical castle is also said to have stood nearby. A White Lady’s ghost supposedly appears at Svatošské skály too. She once led a shepherd girl from Tašovice underground, showing her a magnificent château. By the time the girl returned, sixty years had passed and nobody recognised her.
