A Procession of Ghostly Figures

On the night before All Souls' Day, a procession of ghostly figures emerged from the originally early Gothic Church of St James, formerly St Christopher, and went to the statue of the Virgin Mary. They prayed and sang around it. Then, amid the pealing of bells, they returned to the church, which opened by itself, brightly illuminated.
