Skalsko · STORY FROM THE ATLAS

The priest’s ghost

Part of this village once belonged to the parish of Saint Michael in Prague. Many superstitious tales are told here about its priest, the strict Servite Father Pacifik–Kratochvíl. His ghost appeared here at night seated in a little carriage drawn by a pair of black dogs with glowing eyes. His apparition was also seen many times in the nearby area celebrating Mass.
