An apparition of devils is also remembered at this famous pilgrimage site. In one of the old houses, the ghost of a woman could be seen melting butter. Suddenly two devils flew into the room, seized her by the neck, forced her mouth open and began pouring the hot fat into her. Finally they kicked the woman and vanished.
