The Petrified Servant of Chabry

In Ládevská Street in Dolní Chabry, running parallel to the main E15 road, stands one of Bohemia’s best-known menhirs, called the Petrified Servant. It is an upright stone about 120 centimetres high. At the beginning of this century it still stood in open fields; today it is surrounded by villas, and the concrete garden fence of a family house curves around it.
