At night the mournfully wailing ghost of the long-dead abbot Martin Korýtko wanders through the former monastery. When midnight strikes on the church tower, his black figure passes through the corridors, peers into every corner and cries sadly. In life he was supposedly a miser who amassed a great treasure wrung from his subjects. A later abbot is said to have found it, but Korýtko’s spirit still searches for the wealth in vain.
