Giants once lived on Plešivec and Komorsko. The giant of Plešivec abducted the daughter of the giant of Komorsko, and a war broke out between them. The daughter, however, threw herself between the armies and reconciled the two giants. The place from which the reconciled parties returned to their homes is called Na vratech.
