South of Vysoký kámen lies the sunken village of Tockengrüne, later called Totengrüne, Village of the Dead. Its exact location is now unknown, but anyone wandering there on a certain day of the year supposedly hears distant bells and the lamenting souls of its dead inhabitants underground.
