The Ghost of a Black Goat

On Devínska Kobyla (514 m), at the site of an ancient castle already mentioned in the Fulda monastery annals in 864, the ghost of a black goat appears on dark nights. She is one of the castle lady’s two daughters, changed into a black goat because of her quarrelsome nature. She supposedly still walks around the castle, chewing apple leaves.
