Northeast of the village rises Pteč hill (633 m). A fortified manor once stood there, supposedly connected by a secret passage to Bukovany château. Knights and their horses are enchanted inside the hill. At midnight they all wake to refresh themselves and feed the horses. Their noise reaches the outside, so anyone passing Pteč around midnight may hear clattering and rumbling from within the hill.
