From the middle of the 17th century the château in Chrast served as the bishop's summer residence. Tradition says that during Bishop Kolovrat's time a black-clad lady's ghost appeared here. A stoker who saw her had a holy mass said for her in the cemetery and thus freed her from her enchantment.
