The local cemetery mortuary once held the half-reclining figure of an enormous fext. Hens made a nest and laid eggs between his legs. When a housewife tried to take them, the fext suddenly clamped his legs so tightly that the astonished woman could not free her hand. Only after she promised a contribution towards a Mass did he supposedly release her.
