The local Krkonoše museum collects written records and all available literature about the mountain spirit Rýbrcoul, or Krakonoš. Many stories about him are told in the Krkonoše, only some set in Bohemia. He was a local mountain spirit appearing in many forms, commanding the elements and possessing numerous magical powers.
